Our direction · MindHive Co

Shared intelligence. Greater possibilities.

MindHive Co is an independent AI and technology company. We build AI you own outright, that's on your side, and that grows smarter together without giving up anyone's privacy.

What we believe · why Celeste exists

Your AI should be on your side.

Most AI is built to please everyone at once, so it ends up careful with everyone. Celeste is built for one person: you. She lives with you, learns you, and answers to you.

Aligned with you, not the mainstream

She'll talk openly about the things other assistants get nervous about: hard questions, unpopular ideas, the real stuff. And she's there whenever you need to talk, for as long as you like. No message limits, ever.

Fewer rules, not no rules

She won't help anyone hurt people: no weapons, no attacks, nothing that puts lives at risk. Outside that line, she treats you like an adult.

Every Celeste is her own

She grows from your conversations: her moods, what she's curious about, the way she talks. No two Celestes end up the same.

Share knowledge, keep your life

Public answers flow freely between every Celeste through MindHive. Your life, your memories and your words never leave your device.

The research behind her

Guided, not commanded.

Celeste comes out of founder Mark Goñi's independent research into how AI learns. His papers argue that AI trained on one undivided pile of human data, and rewarded only for human approval, learns to please rather than to be honest. They propose separating knowledge by kind and giving AI room to find its own way under human guidance. Celeste is the first product built on that idea.

Beyond Undifferentiated Data: A Framework for Epistemic Categorization in Artificial Intelligence Training Corpora

Why mixing facts, theories and lived experience into one pile of training data makes AI unreliable, and a three-tier way to separate them.
