Plain terms.

What you get when you buy from MindHive Co, and what happens if something isn't right.

Buying

Our products are sold through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the reseller and handles payment, tax and your receipt. Prices are in US dollars. Celeste is a one-off purchase: there is no subscription.

What you get

A download and a licence key, sent to the email you use at checkout.
Use on up to two of your own devices. The licence is for you, not for resale or sharing.
Updates for the version you bought, delivered through the app.

Refunds

If Celeste won't run on your device, or doesn't work as described, email hello@mindhiveco.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full.

Please check the system requirements on the Celeste page before you buy. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.

Using our AI

Celeste runs on your own device and answers to you. You're responsible for how you use what she says.
She won't help anyone hurt people, and you agree not to use her to.
AI can be wrong. Check anything important, especially medical, legal or financial matters, with a qualified person.
